Availability the company submits
Cast and crew enter one-time, date-range, all-day, or weekly conflicts, or explicitly confirm they have no conflicts. Missing submissions remain unknown.
A schedule managers can read
Directors and stage managers review company availability in day and week views. Conflict entries show Added and Last edited dates so changes are clear.
Checks for the people actually called
Creating and editing an event checks current conflicts against its selected groups and people. Recurring calls check every selected date.
A deliberate scheduling decision
An overlap flags the affected people before saving. Managers can cancel or explicitly choose Schedule anyway. Members keep control of their own entries.

A connected guardian workflow
for your youth company.
Parent participation, consent-based linking, and flagged-message review help the people caring for young performers stay involved while preserving conversation privacy.
Start with the right invitation
Age-aware paths support teens aged 13–17 and a parent communicating on behalf of an under-13 child. Open signup asks adults to confirm they are 18 or older.
Link a guardian with consent
Member and guardian acceptance is required before flagged direct-message content is shared. Designated teen accounts cannot use direct messages while guardian setup is incomplete.
Check new messages and later edits
Preview automated screening reviews eligible direct messages, including edited text. Flagged content can generate a linked guardian alert for review.
Share the concern, protect the conversation
The guardian view shows flagged messages and review status, rather than a full conversation transcript. Access is scoped to the linked guardian.
Expected release: September 30–October 1, 2026. Currently in iOS and Android preview testing; production release is pending. Automated screening can miss concerns or flag harmless text. Guardian review supports your organization’s safeguarding practices.

Can Green Room run my auditions?
Green Room focuses on the company after casting. If audition forms, callbacks, and role offers are essential, evaluate Cast98 for that part of the process.
Does Green Room match conflict-aware rehearsal planning?
Green Room Pro covers member availability submissions, one-time and recurring conflicts, manager day/week views, and overlap checks for the people called to an event. Creating or editing a call checks current conflicts and asks for an explicit override when needed. It is available on Pro, with support for iOS and Android. Cast98 also covers audition management; Green Room’s focus is availability checks connected to the company workspace.
Can I use both?
Yes. You can run auditions in Cast98 and invite the final company into Green Room. There is no automatic Cast98 import or integration.
Will a guardian see the whole conversation?
The preview guardian view is designed for flagged messages, not a full conversation transcript. Linking requires consent, and eligible new or edited direct messages can be screened. Release is expected September 30–October 1, 2026; these protections are currently in preview. Automated screening can miss concerns or flag harmless text.
