Can stage managers track rehearsal attendance?
Yes. Green Room Pro includes event attendance with Present, Late, Absent, Excused, and Unmarked statuses, late minutes, and private staff notes. Open the event from Schedule to take the roll call.
Does it include rehearsal conflict checks?
Yes, on Pro. Members submit conflicts, managers review availability, and creating or editing a call checks the selected invitees for overlaps.
Can it replace a digital prompt book?
Green Room is designed for production coordination and rehearsal preparation. It does not currently offer an equivalent visual blocking editor, master cue documentation system, or digital prompt-book builder.
Can we keep using our licensed script or ticketing tools?
Yes. Green Room can be used alongside those tools as the company workspace for calls, communication, and shared materials. This does not imply an automatic integration or data import.
