Is rehearsal scheduling free?
Yes. Green Room Free includes scheduling and calendar sync for one open production with unlimited cast and crew. No credit card is required. Availability submissions and conflict checks are part of Pro.
How does conflict-aware scheduling work?
On Pro, cast and crew submit one-time, date-range, or weekly conflicts. Managers review availability in day and week views and check the people called for overlaps when creating or editing an event. If a conflict exists, a manager must explicitly override it to save the call.
Does Green Room build a rehearsal schedule automatically?
Managers create and edit rehearsal calls. Pro checks the selected invitees against submitted availability to help managers make scheduling decisions; it does not automatically generate a full rehearsal schedule.
Can actors see just the rehearsals they are called to?
Yes. Role-aware schedules help cast and crew find their own calls while keeping the shared production schedule available. Calendar sync brings calls into personal calendars.
Can parents follow a child’s rehearsal schedule?
Yes. Separately approved parent access includes child schedules, shared materials, and coordination chats. Availability submissions and participation responses remain the member’s responsibility.

Can I take attendance from the rehearsal schedule?
Yes. With Green Room Pro, select an event in Schedule and open Attendance. The director, stage manager, assistant stage manager, or production creator records statuses, late minutes, and private staff notes for the people called.
