What is a community theatre callboard?
The shared production home for a volunteer company: the current rehearsal calendar, who is called, the note, and whether they opened it. Green Room is that place. One open production, unlimited people, no card.
Who keeps it current if we do not have dedicated production staff?
Whoever already sends the schedule. A director, a producer, a board member. The company joins one production. Nobody needs a paid seat.
Will people who will not download an app still see the call?
